Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and prophylaxis for patients
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Take and develop dental x-rays to assist with diagnosis
• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to strict infection control and sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin (or compact eligibility)
• Current CPR certification from an accredited organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evening shifts
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in dental hygiene practice and patient education
• Knowledge of dental software for scheduling and records
• Strong attention to detail and infection control standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dental team
