Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical OT unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes promptly
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in nursing assessments and interventions
• Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing standards
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
