Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with compassion and expertise
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care
• Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN or RN license in Maryland
• BLS certification required
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical assessment and critical thinking
• Medication administration and IV therapy (as applicable)
• Electronic health record documentation
• Patient-centered care approach
• Infection control and safety practices
