Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontist during procedures, including preparing materials and patient care
• Take and record patient vitals and medical histories
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Manage patient flow and ensure a comfortable experience

Qualifications

• Certified or registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred
• Experience in orthodontic assisting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and orthodontic procedures
• Proficiency with dental software and patient records
• Attention to detail and infection control protocols
• Team player with a positive attitude
