Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including administering medications and treatments
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Maryland required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with strong critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
