Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Support residents' mobility and comfort, ensuring a safe environment
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver personalized care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control standards

Qualifications

• Active LNA license in Vermont or New Hampshire (compact license accepted)
• Must have completed COVID-19 vaccine or provide approved exemption
• Reliable transportation (limited public transit in the area)
• Willing to commit to every other weekend
• No overtime available - enjoy a balanced schedule

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and assist patients safely
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and vital sign measurement
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Flexibility to adapt to changing resident needs
