Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maryland
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Previous experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different patient units and quickly build rapport

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer skills
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
