Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to patients in a mental health setting
• Assist with tele-presenting for mental health consultations
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Help maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Experience in mental health or psychiatric settings preferred
• BLS certification preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of patient safety and infection control practices
• Compassionate and patient-centered care approach
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols
