Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision
• Support and educate patients and their families during challenging times
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in California
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• ICU experience preferred, but strong critical care skills are a must
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• Strong understanding of critical care protocols and evidence-based practice
• Skilled in rapid assessment and clinical decision-making
• Proficient with electronic health records and medical technology
