Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver professional dental hygiene care to patients during focused 30-minute appointment slots
• Perform scaling, polishing, and preventive treatments while maintaining high clinical standards
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with an assigned dental assistant to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Dental Hygienist license
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Previous dental hygiene experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome

Knowledge & Skills

• Thorough knowledge of dental prophylaxis and preventive care
• Strong patient communication and education skills
• Proficiency with dental charting and sterilization techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
