Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments are sterilized and ready
• Assist the dentist during pediatric procedures, ensuring a comforting experience
• Take and develop dental X-rays with care and precision
• Educate young patients and their families on proper oral hygiene
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
• Work with a fun and energetic team that loves working with kids

Qualifications

• Current dental assistant certification or license in Wisconsin
• Previous experience working with children is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a caring demeanor
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings
• CPR/BLS certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Skill in taking digital X-rays
• Understanding of pediatric dental procedures
• Excellent interpersonal skills with children and parents
• Detail-oriented and organized
