Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Every Other Weekend (EOW) and Every Other Holiday (EOH)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Monitor and assess patient vitals, administer medications, and operate advanced medical equipment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Respond swiftly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Iowa or compact state
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent ICU experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, ventilator management, and titration of vasoactive drips
- Knowledge of evidence-based ICU protocols and infection control practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Excellent teamwork and adaptability
