Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in Gettysburg Center
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate any changes to the care team
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work evening shifts as needed
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• New graduates welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of nursing care standards and evidence-based practices
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable with electronic health records and documentation systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with patients, families, and colleagues
