Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document progress
• Promote a safe and healing environment for patients and families
• Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and facility priorities

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• CPR certification (BLS) required
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols
• Time management and organizational abilities
