Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
• Manage patient flow and triage to ensure timely treatment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting using Meditech EMR
• Adhere to unit protocols and safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, ENPC or PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing patient volumes
