Roles & Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients presenting to the Emergency Department with a variety of acute conditions
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and document vital signs, patient status, and response to interventions
• Provide compassionate care and education to patients and their families during emergent situations
• Maintain a calm and organized environment during high-pressure situations

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
• Current BLS certification (ACLS and PALS preferred)
• Previous emergency nursing experience preferred, but we welcome passionate nurses ready to grow
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of emergency nursing practices and protocols
• Skilled in patient assessment, triage, and IV insertion
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced environments
