Roles & Responsibilities

• Interpret screening and diagnostic mammography studies with accuracy and clear clinical reasoning
• Read general diagnostic radiology exams across XR, CT, MRI, US and fluoroscopy as needed
• Perform and provide guidance for diagnostic breast procedures and targeted imaging
• Communicate timely, actionable reports to referring clinicians and the multidisciplinary breast team
• Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and maintain imaging standards
• Collaborate with technologists and support staff to ensure efficient patient throughput and excellent patient experience

Qualifications

• MD or DO with residency training in Diagnostic Radiology
• Board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Demonstrated experience reading mammography and general diagnostic exams; MSK and neuroradiology skills are a plus
• State medical license in Florida (or eligibility to obtain) and ability to complete local credentialing
• MQSA familiarity/qualification and experience with breast imaging protocols
• Current BLS (and other site-specific certifications as required)

Education

• MD or DO (completed residency in Diagnostic Radiology); Board Certified/Board Eligible

Knowledge & Skills

• Mammography and breast imaging interpretation (screening and diagnostic)
• General diagnostic radiology: X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy
• Image-guided breast procedures and diagnostic workup
• Comfort with MSK and neuroradiology case mix (preferred)
• Efficient workflow management and clear clinical reporting
• Familiarity with wRVU productivity expectations and peer-review processes
