Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide mobile X-ray services (DR/CR) and EKGs when required to patients in nursing homes and healthcare facilities
• Operate portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and transmit images to Radiologists for interpretation
• Unload, transport and safely position portable X-ray equipment to perform clinically diagnostic, technically competent exams
• Perform and transmit EKGs to Cardiologists when requested
• Scan exam paperwork and billing documentation daily according to protocol
• Communicate regularly and professionally with dispatch, management, peers, and facility staff
• Maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment to ensure safe, reliable service delivery
• Deliver compassionate patient handling and positioning to produce high-quality diagnostic images

Qualifications

• ARRT certification — Required
• California State Radiologic License — Required (no limited or pending licenses accepted)
• Valid Driver's License — Required
• Ability to push/pull and handle equipment (50–100 lbs regularly) and perform physical aspects of mobile work
• Willingness to provide COVID status at time of presentation as requested by TridentCare
• Clear of any non-compete restrictions (agency will confirm if applicable)

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in portable radiography and mobile imaging workflows
• Hands-on experience with Digital Radiography (DR) and Computed Radiography (CR) systems
• EKG acquisition and transmission to cardiology when needed
• Proficiency transmitting images and documentation to Radiologists/Cardiologists
• Strong patient handling and positioning skills for diverse patient populations
• Comfortable with vehicle and equipment maintenance and transport
• Good documentation, scanning, and communication skills with dispatch and facility staff
• Professional interpersonal communication and ability to represent the company onsite
