Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging with precision and compassion
Prioritize patient safety and radiation protection at all times
Prepare and position patients accurately to produce high-quality images
Maintain imaging equipment and report any issues promptly
Document procedures and ensure accurate patient records in the charting system
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and clinical teams

Qualifications

Valid state radiologic technologist license (MO licensing expected)
ARRT certification or equivalent registry credentials preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain
Strong patient care skills and professional bedside manner
Ability to follow facility protocols and maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA)

Education

Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent program completion
ARRT registry eligibility or completion recommended

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with radiographic imaging techniques and positioning
Familiarity with radiation safety principles and ALARA practices
Comfortable operating standard radiography equipment and accessories
Good documentation habits and experience with electronic medical records
Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients of all ages
