Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain mobility and strength through personalized therapy plans
Assess patient needs and create tailored treatment programs
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
Document progress and adjust treatments for optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in Ohio
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and evaluation
Therapeutic exercise programs
Manual therapy techniques
Patient education and motivation
Electronic medical records documentation
