Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to restore mobility and function
- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions and adjust plans based on patient progress
- Accurately document all services to ensure compliance and continuity of care
- Supervise and mentor PTAs and Rehab Techs while adhering to state practice acts
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families to optimize patient outcomes
- Champion safety and infection control standards in every patient interaction
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain before start)
- Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
- Adaptable and flexible, ready to thrive in various healthcare settings and patient needs
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in physical therapy and patient evaluation techniques
- Knowledgeable in treatment planning and evidence-based practice
- Strong documentation and regulatory compliance skills
- Expert in infection control and safety measures
- Proven ability to supervise and collaborate effectively
- Adaptable to changing schedules and environments
