Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to restore mobility and function
• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions and adjust plans based on patient progress
• Accurately document all services to ensure compliance and continuity of care
• Supervise and mentor PTAs and Rehab Techs while adhering to state practice acts
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families to optimize patient outcomes
• Champion safety and infection control standards in every patient interaction

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain before start)
• Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
• Adaptable and flexible, ready to thrive in various healthcare settings and patient needs

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in physical therapy and patient evaluation techniques
• Knowledgeable in treatment planning and evidence-based practice
• Strong documentation and regulatory compliance skills
• Expert in infection control and safety measures
• Proven ability to supervise and collaborate effectively
