Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional Saturday coverage (4-5 Saturdays per 26-week assignment)

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional outpatient and some inpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
• Document patient progress accurately in Epic EMR system
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Physical Therapy license is required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is a must
• Epic experience is highly preferred but not required - training available
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient PT experience preferred
• Willingness to commit to a 26-week assignment and enjoy the adventure

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Proficiency with electronic medical records, especially Epic
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
