Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatments to help patients regain strength and mobility
Create customized treatment plans that address each patient's unique goals and challenges
Collaborate with a supportive rehab team including PTAs and aides to ensure seamless patient care
Manage a diverse outpatient caseload with a focus on orthopedic conditions in a welcoming community setting
Build meaningful relationships with patients while guiding them through their recovery journeys

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT license or compact license
BLS certification from AHA
Strong clinical skills in outpatient rehabilitation and patient evaluation
Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy expertise with focus on outpatient rehabilitation
Patient evaluation and individualized treatment planning
Orthopedic rehabilitation experience
Excellent communication and time management abilities
