Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional outpatient therapy services to patients in a dynamic clinical setting
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and independence
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care techniques

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Prior outpatient experience is a plus
• Ability to commit to a 26-week assignment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Proficient in Epic or similar electronic medical records systems
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Adaptable and flexible to occasional schedule changes
