Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical function and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide follow-up treatments including vestibular and lymphedema therapies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
• Document patient progress accurately in Meditech or NetHealth (ReDoc)

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Active Florida PT license or compact privilege
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced rehab environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong evaluation and treatment planning skills
• Experience with vestibular and lymphedema treatments
• Proficient in documentation systems (Meditech, NetHealth)
• Excellent teamwork and communication
• Flexible and adaptable to changing patient needs
