Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized therapy interventions following each patient's plan of care
- Document patient progress and responses to treatment to track recovery milestones
- Guide patients with education and home exercise programs to extend care beyond the clinic
- Communicate openly with the supervising PT to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment through adherence to infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain before start)
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Passion for helping patients restore mobility and achieve their goals
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

- Physical therapy interventions and modalities
- Patient education and communication
- Accurate documentation of patient progress
- Home exercise program design and instruction
- Infection control and safety standards
- Treatment plan implementation
