Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Day shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions following each patient's individualized plan of care
- Document patient progress and response to treatment with accuracy and compassion
- Empower patients through education and personalized home exercise programs
- Communicate patient status and observations clearly to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Champion safety, infection control, and compliance standards in every interaction
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active New Jersey PTA license or ability to obtain one
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- A genuine passion for helping patients restore mobility and independence
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

- Physical therapy and patient care
- Treatment plan implementation and documentation
- Patient education and home exercise programs
- Mobility assistance and patient assessment
- Infection control and compliance
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and clear communication
