Shift Type: Flexible shifts, 6-hour durations, day/night rotations as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care across various units
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure best outcomes
Adapt quickly to new environments and patient needs
Document patient care accurately and timely
Uphold safety and infection control standards

Qualifications

Current and unrestricted RN license in Washington State
BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience
Comfortable floating to different units and adapting to change
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Flexibility and willingness to learn new procedures
