Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members
• Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately
• Adapt quickly to different patient needs and unit demands
• Follow all safety, infection control, and hospital policies

Qualifications

• Valid California healthcare license in your field
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
• A commitment to providing excellent patient experiences

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
