Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth registration experience
• Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance information, and medical records accurately
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times
• Assist patients with forms, consent documents, and any questions they may have
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support high-quality patient care
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations at all times

Qualifications

• Friendly and compassionate approach to patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Prior experience in patient registration, scheduling, or medical reception is a plus
• Comfortable using computer systems and electronic health records

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient registration processes preferred
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
