Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist with patient examinations and treatment planning
• Prepare and manage orthodontic appliances and records
• Maintain strict sterilization protocols and equipment readiness
• Support patient education and comfort throughout appointments
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless care

Qualifications

• Valid dental assistant license in MD
• Experience with orthodontic procedures and appliance management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
