Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistance to patients
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Support patients in daily living activities and functional training

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Any experience level, including new graduates

Knowledge & Skills

• Occupational therapy techniques
• Patient assessment and goal setting
• Therapy equipment usage
• Documentation and charting
• Effective communication with healthcare team
