Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement components of patient care under PT supervision
• Assist patients with stretching, exercise, and balance training
• Read and follow instructions from the Physical Therapist
• Communicate with families to teach at‑home techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment
• Transfer patients safely from wheelchairs or walkers
• Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling and paperwork

Qualifications

• Missouri PTA license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of PT experience
• LTC or rehab experience preferred
• Strong patient‑care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
