Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
• Mentor residents with exceptional care, passion, and unexpected luxury
• Supervise nursing assistants and helpers to ensure quality care
• Maintain resident safety and uphold JCAHO standards
• Adhere to Villa Way of Kindness in all interactions
• Collaborate with Unit Manager/ADON/DON to deliver outstanding care

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with Michigan license
• Minimum two years of SNF/LTC experience
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• COVID‑19 vaccine required
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Active MI iCHAT account
• Flexibility to float to units and work 36‑hour shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
