Contract Type: Perm

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with additional evening and weekend hours as needed

Hours per Week: 40

Bill Rate: $35.60 - $48.17

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide standard and clinical supervision to staff using a variety of supervisory methodologies
  • Manage and process crisis situations with program staff and clients
  • Maintain and train staff on electronic medical record usage
  • Review treatment records and improve documentation quality
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of staff
  • Participate in monthly Total Quality Management Committee meetings
  • Supervise case program consultations
  • Ensure compliance with Habilitation Waiver and Children’s Waiver requirements
  • Maintain staff credentials and training hours
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and keep accurate records
  • Assist clinical staff with data analysis from EMR reports
  • Assess community needs and direct services accordingly
  • Collaborate with inter‑departmental groups for smooth program administration
  • Complete required training and documentation annually
  • Work with Program Director and Finance to meet funding and budgetary guidelines
  • Adhere to professional ethics and agency policies

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or counseling
  • LMSW, LLP or LPC licensure from the State of Michigan
  • Minimum one year experience in examining, evaluating and treating children and adolescents
  • Experience with intellectual and developmental disability diagnoses
  • Experience working with Waivers
  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records
  • Valid driver’s license and favorable driving record
  • Ability to handle crisis situations
  • Culturally competent, non‑judgmental care

Education

  • Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or counseling with an LMSW, LLP or LPC licensure from the State of Michigan
