Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients
• Plan and implement individualized nursing care
• Make timely interventions based on patient responses
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care
• Maintain professional standards and uphold hospital policies

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Completion of at least one travel assignment
• Valid Michigan nursing license
• Proficiency with Paragon EMR (preferred)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
