Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, cognition, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Document progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive equipment

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with adult and pediatric populations preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment techniques
• Therapeutic intervention planning
• Documentation and electronic health record proficiency
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Patient education
