Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations accurately and efficiently while following established protocols
• Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications, ensuring all required health checks are completed
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment, reporting any issues promptly to reduce downtime
• Complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and maintain skills checklist documentation
• Provide compassionate patient care, explain procedures clearly, and ensure patient comfort and privacy
• Maintain accurate imaging records and assist with image quality review and troubleshooting
• Follow infection control practices and required occupational health protocols

Qualifications

• Current MRI Technologist credentials as required by facility (License/Certificate verification will be performed)
• BLS certification required
• Must be able to work night shift schedule (4x10s: Mon-Thu, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
• Ability to work at least one of the upcoming three holidays
• Completion of required occupational health screenings: fit test, Trinity 10-panel drug screen, Trinity color vision, COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, influenza vaccine, 2-step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, and physical/health statement

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of MRI safety principles and patient screening
• Proficiency operating MRI systems and following imaging protocols
• Excellent patient communication and positioning skills
• Ability to complete and document competency testing and skills checklists
• Familiarity with infection control and occupational health requirements
