Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients across a variety of medical conditions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
Monitor patient progress and respond quickly to changes in condition
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery steps
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure seamless handoffs between shifts

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia or compact state
Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
EPIC charting experience required
BLS certification and current skills checklist
Clean work history with no employment gaps over 60 days

Education

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Comfortable caring for patients in isolation including COVID and other infectious diseases
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
