Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Develop personalized treatment plans to restore function
• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust therapies as needed

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania (or compact eligible)
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical assessment and treatment planning
• Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
• Patient education and motivational interviewing
• Electronic medical records (EMR) proficiency
