Shift Type: Per Diem - 6-hour shifts, flexible scheduling (clinic hours vary)
Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and prepare them for examinations and procedures
- Take vital signs, record medical histories, and update patient charts
- Assist providers with exams, treatments, and minor procedures
- Administer medications and immunizations as directed
- Perform basic lab tests, EKGs, and point-of-care screenings
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure exam rooms are stocked and ready
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Compassionate communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Ability to work per diem/flexible schedule with short notice
- Previous experience in an ambulatory or outpatient clinic is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures
- Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced clinic
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and families
- Detail-oriented with a focus on patient safety and quality care
