Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the care team
• Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to ensure quality outcomes
• Uphold facility policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Maine
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination series or an approved medical/religious exemption
• Ability to bring a state or federally issued ID and wear a photo badge while on duty
• Previous LPN experience in long-term care or similar setting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills including medication administration and wound care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess patient needs and respond quickly
• Comfortable with electronic health records and documentation
• A genuine passion for helping others and working as part of a team
