Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients
• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Monitor patient health and report any changes promptly
• Work collaboratively with RNs and physicians to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Maine (or compact state)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Previous LPN experience in long-term care or rehab preferred
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
• Ability to pass a background check and wear a photo badge

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of LPN scope of practice
• Strong clinical skills including wound care, medication administration, and IV therapy
• Excellent communication and bedside manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good documentation and organizational skills
• Comfortable with night shifts
