Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications accurately and on time
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with nurses and aides to ensure resident well-being
Document care and interventions in a timely manner
Support residents with daily living activities as needed

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Mexico
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Completed COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Compassionate patient-centered approach
Proficient in electronic health records
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
