Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with 30-minute meal break (per diem, specific dates vary)

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must bring state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

Bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
Basic life support skills
Empathy and patience
Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
