Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (includes 30-minute meal break)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Provide compassionate care and companionship to residents
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Document patient care and observations accurately
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in New Mexico required
BLS certification preferred
Compassionate and reliable attitude with a patient-first mindset
Ability to work weekends as part of this role

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail in documentation and care delivery
