Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Document patient information accurately and timely
Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents

Qualifications

Valid LNA license in Vermont or New Hampshire
BLS certification preferred
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work every other weekend
