Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, shift details per facility

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Document care provided accurately and timely
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes

Qualifications

Valid LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) license in Vermont or New Hampshire
Must be willing to obtain licensure in both states if not already held
At least 1 year of experience as an LNA preferred
Current BLS certification required
COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption required
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Knowledge & Skills

Strong observation and communication skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
Proficiency in using electronic health records
