Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and support to patients and their families
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring patient safety at all times
• Monitor and document vital signs, patient condition, and response to interventions
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
• Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
• BLS certification (CPR) from AHA or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must bring a state or federal issued ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• No prior experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply
