Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (varied days), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM day shift

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in alignment with facility policies
Administer medications and treatments safely and document appropriately
Perform routine assessments and communicate changes in condition to the care team
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to support discharge planning and continuity of care
Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to quality improvement efforts
Support patients and families with education, reassurance, and clear communication

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — LPN applicants are encouraged to apply
Registered Nurse (RN) candidates may also be considered per job class
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Valid authorization to work in the United States and meet facility onboarding requirements
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of fundamental nursing assessments and interventions
Comfortable with medication administration and documentation best practices
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate charting
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Team-focused approach and effective communication with patients and colleagues
